- Near College Campuses
- High profile entertainment centers (Theatres, Restaurants, Bars, Museums, Etc.)
- Mixed-use urban developments
- Heavy foot traffic areas (Tourist, College, Commuter Stations)
Ideal Site Criteria
- 1,000-2,500 sq. feet with 200+ sq. feet of outside patio seating
- 20 feet minimum store front
- End-cap or freestanding building with drive-thru
- 2+ signs on a monument, building or pylon visible from primary street and parking
- 16+ direct access parking spots
