International Process – The Steps to Ownership

Step 1: Online Pre-Qualifier

The first step to purchasing your own Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii franchise is to complete our Request for Consideration Form (RFC). This will provide us with the necessary information to evaluate your background and your capabilities to build and operate our brand in your territory.

Franchise Sales Director Communication

After completing the RFC and submitting it to the Franchise Committee the next step is to discuss your plans, and the information from your completed RFC with one of our Regional Franchise Sales Directors. They will contact you shortly after receiving and reviewing your RFC.

Step 3: Franchise Due Diligence

If, during the first face-to-face meeting or telephone conference with one of our sales directors, you are interested in continuing the process towards owning a Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchise, you will be provided with set-up costs and any information you might need to will help you complete your Business Plan.

Step 4: Franchise Committee Review

The Franchise Sales Director for your area will collect your application and put together the complete "review package" for the Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchise Committee. The Franchise Review Committee meets every fifteen (15) days to review franchise applications.

Step 5: Signing the Franchise Agreement & Paying the Franchise Fee

If Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchise Committee approves your application, you will be sent the Franchise and Development Agreements you will be required to sign. Once we receive the signed agreements at our Atlanta office; with the wired up-front fees, and all necessary documentation, we will countersign your agreements and return a countersigned copy to you.

Step 6: Welcome to the Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii family!

Once we have countersigned your agreement, you are now officially a Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchise Partner, and our franchise services team will begin working directly with you to develop your first location as timely and as efficiently as possible.
